Experienced, warm, and grounded in evidence.

About Amy

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a calm, honest space to make sense of their lives.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with people navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, relationship challenges and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and practical: we'll get clear on what you want, and work toward it with tools grounded in research.

Sessions are held through secure telehealth, so you can meet from home, the office or anywhere private in California or Florida.
